Returns

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your item.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Please note: Limited edition or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

All returns are subject to a 100 EGP processing & handling fee.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your item.
We accept exchanges for sizing issues or product defects, subject to stock availability.

All exchanges incur a 100 EGP processing & handling fee.
Additional delivery fees may also apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
